How to cut your new Cinch Belt down to your custom fit
All Cinch Belts come in one size being an extra large at 54 inches long. Once the Cinch Belt arrives to you, it can be cut down to fit your custom size.
A video on how to cut your webbing to get your perfect custom fit and can be found here. This goes over how to cut and melt the webbing down to your size, and also how to weave the webbing back into your belt buckle.
Custom Sizing Your Belt
Supplies Needed: Scissors, Lighter, Glass/Ceramic Plate
  1. Wrap webbing around your waist to determine desired length. Leaving roughly 6 inches extra off the end.
  2. Cut any excess off the end of the belt with the straight edge (not the angled end). Use very sharp scissors and cut the webbing as straight as possible.
  3. Run the flame of a lighter back and forth across the cut edge of the webbing for about a minute and then immediately press the melted edge flat against a flat plate and hold for 5 seconds.
  4. Repeat Step 3 until the melted end is thick enough to not pass through the middle slot of the buckle.
NOTE - Belts that have been resized are final sale.
Weaving
1. Put the angled edge of the webbing through the middle slot of the buckle from the back. Pull webbing all the way through until the burnt edge is against the buckle.
2. Weave the angled end through the larger slot. Pull all the way through.
3. Wrap belt around your waist and put the end through the remaining slot and weave back into the larger slot. Pull to tighten.
Please note that once the belt webbing has been modified, the belt is no longer able to be returned.

Good belt

I got the black buckle and webbing. Simple enough to cut to size. Holds its place very well. If you happen to use a less expensive holster for your CCW, it may be difficult to get the clip to catch the belt due to the lack of thickness for the belt. I use a WTP holster for my Shield .40 and it sometimes does not have a good catch onto the belt. Using a clip with more a J shaped catch that wraps around the belt more may help with that. Also, The webbing will develop a little fold where the buckle catches it and will try to go straight to it each time, even if the pants you are wearing need a diffent size. Other than that, great belt, even with dress pants or even worn inside a pair of gym shorts to hold your holster. Definitely would recommend. Great belt for the price.

Can not use the belt. When belt was cut they left melted material that will not fit through the slot.

The Belts are great. $14.99 for shipping a 3-5oz product is ridiculous.

I’ve had two Trayvax cinch belts for probably 10 years. If you buy one, you’ll never need to buy another unless it’s a gift. Today I returned to the site to purchase a buckle and a black and a tan web belt for my girlfriend. It was nice to see a 20% GOVX discount is easily accessible, and it says “Affordable shipping from $9.99.” AFTER I applied my GOVX discount code it said the only shipping option for my zip code (2nd largest city in Oklahoma) is $14.99. What products are they shipping that weigh less than 3-5oz? So no, I’m not paying $15 for shipping. We’ll go to our local 5.11 store and buy an admittedly less attractive product that will last just as long, for 1/2 the price, and pay no shipping. The product is great but the delivery fee are ridiculous.

Simply Put - It's a good belt

I've been using this belt for quite some time (well over a year). Long enough that the webbing is starting to wear just a tiny bit and feel fuzzy when I run my finger over it. I thought I would write a review about this belt as I was looking to order my next replacement with a different color buckle. I'm not a leather guy, the webbing on this belt is strong, fairly rigid, excellent and hella durable. I don't strap holsters or anything else to myself so I can't speak about use in actual tactical environments. I could imagine this belt being uncomfortable on big guys because I can feel the rigidity of it on my sides and once in a while the buckle up front if I'm bending fully at the waist. I'm not a big guy so it works well for me, that's not a fault of the product. I will order another one. 10/10

Its not what they used to be.

Overall experience with Trayvax has been great. I have had the same wallet for 10years and 8 years with another. The orginal Belt I purchased in 2017 was the greatest belt I have ever had. It was rigid, tough and well made. It lasted through 7 years AD Army as a Tank Commander. It started to show signs of age and was starting to slip. The new belt I got. Its nothing like the original. Its flimsy, less rigid and just feels and looks cheaper. It doesnt hold my tool pouch at work as well and I'm just not impressed by it. I will be using the OG belt until it completely fails and using the new as a spare.

Trayvax Web Belt

Very pleased with the belt, needed it to support a holster with very narrow belt openings.
